Constructed of a white GRP hull with blue waterline stripe and Sadler Red/blue cavita stripes. Light grey/white GRP decks with moulded non-slip deck pattern. Sadler twin hull mouldings with foam construction making the yacht unsinkable. The hull has been epoxied. Stephen Jones DEEP FIN KEEL. Self-draining cockpit with two cockpit lockers. Teak cockpit seats, handrails and toerails. Self draining anchor well. Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and stanchions. Tiller steering, with Spinlock extension, skeg hung rudder. Centre hatch over saloon and over forecabin.
ENGINE – located under companionway. Volvo 2003, 3 cylinder, 28hp. Freshwater cooled diesel engine. Reduction gearbox to single drive with Gori 3 blade folding propeller. 25 gallons fuel capacity. Cruising speed 6 knots.
ELECTRICS – 3 x 12 volt batteries in 2 banks. Charging by alternator on engine. Shore power, l5 Amp battery charger, circuit breaker and l3A double sockets.
RIG – Masthead Bermudan sloop rig. Silver anodised aluminium mast, boom, spinnaker and jockey pole by Kemp. Spinnaker pole stows vertically on mast. Stainless steel standing rigging, checked annually, with covers over bottle screws, bottle screws renewed 1998. Wheel backstay tensioner and Kemp solid gas strut kicker. Running rigging, all led aft to 11 Easylock clutch jammers on the coachroof. 2 genoa and 1 spinnaker halyard. Single line mainsail reefing, led aft to cockpit, also Lazy Jacks. Kemp Furlex roller furling genoa system, with removable drum.

ACCOMMODATION – 7/8 Berths in 3 cabins with 6’3” headroom. The forecabin berth is 7’ long by 7’ at the widest point, together with 5 berths 6’4” long and 2 seaberths with lee cloths. Brydon marine toilet in separate compartment with hot and cold pressurised fresh water system with shower, electric shower waste pump and basin. 45 gallons water capacity. New water pump. Double galley sinks, accumulator and aquafilter. Plastimo Neptune 2000 cooker with two burners, grill and oven. Large fridge and coolbox with Coolmatic unit. Calorifier for hot water heated from engine. Eberspacher heater. Stereo radio cassette. Blue cloth upholstery and curtains.

COMMENTS; A very good example of this popular cruising boat, Lady Rowena is well equipped for family cruising as well as club racing and has been meticulously maintained. She has a Stephen Jones designed Deep Fin Keel, which has transformed the performance and stability of the boat.
